Adaptive reuse of a former Chick-fil-A into a Dutch Bros in Altamonte Springs. By leveraging the site’s existing drive-thru entitlement, which is no longer available for new small-format QSR development under local zoning, CVP realized a unique opportunity for Dutch Bros. In the design phase, we doubled the drive thru lane capacity and preserved the beautiful mature oak trees onsite.
