CVP transformed a former boat dealership and repair facility into a 38,000 SF Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) hub paired with a full-service vehicle processing center. In partnership with a third-generation owner, the project repositioned a legacy site to support modern automotive operations, bringing sales, service, delivery, and high-volume receiving under one roof. Working under tight timelines, our team implemented this project on a fast-track schedule, starting in March 2025 and delivering in October 2025.
