

Project Description
CVP converted a single, small parcel along a bustling shopping corridor into two coordinated restaurant developments: a ground‑leased site for Wendy’s and a build‑to‑suit for Chipotle. Planned and executed as one integrated project, the team completed a lot split, aligned the drive‑thru and site circulation, and delivered shared civil infrastructure (including a unified underground stormwater system) while constructing both pads simultaneously. The result is a tightly coordinated, high‑functioning pair of restaurants on a constrained site.
