Prior to joining CVP in 2018, Braden worked at Vriens & Partners in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he advised corporations and international NGOs on the urban development and manufacturing sectors. In 2015, Braden received a U.S. State Department Fulbright Fellowship to conduct research on urban development in Jakarta.
Braden previously was a Fellow at RALLY, a political communications firm in Los Angeles.
He is a member of the national ULI Product Council on Urban Revitalization, co-chair of ULI Portland Young Leaders Group, a member of ICSC, and a LEED Green Associate. Braden holds a Masters of Science in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from The London School of Economics, where he was the inaugural Oram-Stott-Schlusche Scholar, and is a graduate of Pitzer College. He is from Portland, Oregon.
