Ryan has spent the early part of his career in various sectors of commercial real estate. Having worked as a project engineer for general contractor, an acquisitions analyst for a commercial real estate merchant bank, and as a retail broker, Ryan possesses a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and leasing.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Oregon State University. He is a member of ICSC, ULI, and is a LEED Green Associate.A Portland area native, Ryan enjoys Blazer fan-hood, golfing, and skiing.
