Ryan brings over a decade of diverse real estate development experience across international and domestic markets to Cole Valley Partners. His career spans multiple asset classes and geographies, providing him with an in-depth experience solving a wide array of development challenges.

From 2015-2019, Ryan developed mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial projects in Australia, gaining valuable experience working across diverse project types and stakeholder groups. He collaborated extensively with consultants and capital partners across Southeast Asia and Europe, developing a strong foundation in international real estate markets and cross-cultural business practices.

From 2020-2026, Ryan transitioned to the U.S. market and focused on developing Class A senior housing properties nationwide. During his tenure at Touchmark, a best-in-class retirement community owner and operator, he successfully delivered both greenfield developments and strategic acquisitions. His experience at Touchmark allowed him to master the complexities of senior housing development, from site selection through project delivery.

Prior to joining CVP, Ryan has held progressive development and acquisitions roles where he honed his skills in project evaluation, due diligence, and execution across various real estate sectors.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Oregon's Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Oregon’s Department of Psychology. Based in Portland, Oregon, he brings a thorough understanding of development processes, stakeholder management, and market dynamics to the CVP team.

Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and volunteers time on non-profit boards in Portland. He enjoys travel, outdoor recreation, basketball, live music, and spending time with his wife Katie, daughter Blair, son Brooks, and golden retriever Gus.
